Volvo is set to unleash the newly discovered power of its V and XC ranges. The unraveling of the new Scandinavian power will be made at this year's Geneva Motor Show in March. In the said auto show, the automaker will present two all-new premium estate cars - the Volvo V70 and the Volvo XC70. After the North American double header - the 2007 Canadian and US Grand Prix races, the Honda Racing F1 team now arrived in Europe and completed the three-day testing for the Honda RA107 at Jerez circuit in southern Spain. Power and Associates 2007 Automotive Performance, Execution, and Layout Study in short APPEAL, more than any of the other vehicle nameplate included in the survey. The study is in its 12th year and measures owner's delight in terms of design, content, layout, and performance of their new vehicles. APPEAL is designed to complement the other J.D. Power survey, the Initial Quality Study of IQS which deals on the problems experienced by owners during the first 90 days of ownership. APPEAL measures the level of comfort of owning and driving a new vehicle.

Honda City with its high quality Honda mirror is the hottest selling car in the mid-sized car (A3) segment has been overthrown from its top position with the launching of the Maruti's SX4. The Maruti so far was the first real challenge for the Honda City in the big car segment. Despite the fact that the Maruti did not announced the retail figures of the SX4 for the first six-week period following its May 7 launch it was still able to dispatch around 3,000 units during the period. The said figure includes the cars displayed in showrooms and those that are used for test drives.

Honda's four models has obtained top rankings for their individual segments in the recent annual J.D. Power and Associates customer satisfaction survey of US drivers which was released Thursday. According to the survey results Honda the maker of top-of-the-line Honda tie rod end was able to obtain more top rankings in more segments than any other automaker included in the survey.
